Flash Tattoo / Child Of Wild

Recently I've been getting a ton of love from my Instagram post of the flash tattoos. I've been seeing these around Pinterest, blogs, and especially Instagram lately. The other day I was hanging out with my old roommate Laura (from Ruffled Ink Designs). She just moved here (Dallas) from Charleston NC. I could not be more happier to have such a close friend around. We had a quick lunch date and I decided I should show her the best that Dallas has to offer. Which is right in my neighborhood a.k.a. Steel City Pops and Milk And Honey boutique
While we were at Milk and Honey I came across a package of flash tats.  They were inspired by Child of Wild and the pack was only $30 for 4 sheets of temporary tattoos. I of course had to have them since I've been seeing them everywhere. They are probably the most trendy thing right now. I love them because they are so vibrant metallic and shiny.

I even got a repost from Child Of Wild via their Instagram which was totally rad and made my day!! Thankkk you!! xxoo If you're like me then you would defiantly like Child Of Wild's feed so go follow them! All their photos are dreamy and perfection!

So easy to use all you do is use a wet cloth or paper towel and wet it. Then take the plastic sheet off the paper and place the tattoo wherever you desire. Press it on to the tattoo for about 30 + seconds. I always like to go a bit longer to ensure it's perfect. Then reveal you're new tat! Should last for about 5-6 days and comes off easily with baby oil.

Plus it looks so pretty who wouldn't want more than one!

The Rock Barrell

Ever since I can remember I've been fascinated with nature. I love rocks, minerals, crystals, and such things. This is pretty obvious, but lately I've become more serious in growing my rock collection. If you haven't noticed from any of my social media. I have been collecting for a few years now. A good friend told me about this rock store in Richardson and said I had to check it out. So I did and I think upset her a little when I didn't take her with me. The place is called The Rock Barrell  and boy is it glorious. The first time I went I was like a child at FAO Schwarz. My poor head was dizzy trying to figure out where to start exploring. This place is decked out in every type of rock/mineral/ect you could ever dream of. They also have a ton of fun beads and other nick nacks.

Here's what it is like inside Rock Barrell

Now they have all these fun pendants to make necklaces or whatever you want.

Now here is what I have collected from Rock Barrell

Ahhh could you tell that I could not control myself?

Candle//Light

If you aren't highlighting your face then I don't know what you're doing with your life. Highlighting is everything especially in the summertime. I love a good contour, but without a killer highlight it's nothing. I have been in a 4 year relationship with Nars's "Alabatross' highlighter and we finally broke up. I know, I'm still distraught about it. Luckily I have moved on and found someone new better. It's from Too Faced and it's called Candlelight Glow. It's a duo highlighter with a pink & white shimmer.

All ya gotta do is grab a brush I prefer this one (middle brush)and mix the colors together and apply onto the upper cheek bones and of course above the brow. Ughhh how amazing is is though?? I mean look at my face! It's so dewy glowy! The best part about it is that it is fool proof. Some highlighters can be complicated. This one is not. Unlike creams or liquid one that can separate your foundation or look like a glob of snot this one is effortless.

So If you wanna glow thats easy to achieve then snag it  {HERE}
it's only $30 and last forever.

Chanel Fall 2014

F.Y.I. the Chanel Fall 2014 collection is out and guess what....

I'm the first to tell you all about it. You're welcome beauty addicts. Now come into Nordstrom and see me asap so I can ring it all up for you!! (seriously)

I know Summer hasn't started yet and we're already talking about Fall beauty trends. Trust me I think it's strange too. Lately I have been working out of the Chanel counter. The other day *Sunday to be exact we received our Fall collection. It's exciting to see the trends coming out for Fall. I will Say I don't love everything this collection has to offer, but there is some that I am drooling over. I will say expect more color and pops of warm tones. Shall we begin?

First off who would of thought bright colors would be back in for Fall? Very ballsy for Chanel, but I ain't mad about it. It's all about being bold and making a statement this year. I like the warm colors and pops of pink. Although I will say the colors aren't the most pigmented. They go on very blahhh. I took me several swipes to get the colors to show up on the back of my hand. So you would have to work with them and pack them on if you plan on wearing them.

These are the new limited edition colors for the lips in the Rouge Coco Shine formula. Now this formula is what you get if a lipstick and lip gloss had a baby. A nice smooth hydrating shiny sheer color. The hot pink one "Viva" no.95 is obviously my favorite. I like these lip colors because anyone can wear them.

Now my absolute favorite items in this whole collection is the nail color in Atmosphere and matching gloss to go with it. it's almost an iridescent purple grey. This gloss is to die for and look fabulous over ANY color. Especially over my Kylie Jenner 90's throwback brown nude lip. I'm in love. I'll take two please! How amazing is the polish too? Pretty pretty please.

Ahhh seriously can't get over the polish I NEED it in my life. It's the perfect nude/pearl color out there. I literally put it on during my lunch break at work. I couldn't help myself. I hope y'all enjoyed viewing the collection any questions about the colors or prices just holler atcha girl!

My stunning sister in law Ashley is 35 weeks preggers. Since I'm unbelievably talented she asked me to take some maternity photos for  her. If you have followed my blog for a while you might recognize her from here where I took some engagements with my brother. I don't mean to brag, but these photos turned out phenomal. I impressed with how cute the turned out hope you enjoy!

Of course we had to have an outfit change and a second location.

Can't wait for baby boy Miles to get here
